By the time your child reaches his teen years, he most likely falls asleep minutes after his head hits the pillow, Chances are, he likes to sleep at this point—and possibilities are it could be too much to your style when Sunday morning turns into afternoon and your teen is still in bed.

But most teenagers are on a various clock than adults. They have trouble heading to sleep at evening even though they will need up to ten hrs of sleep, so they often make up for it throughout the day if they can.

Encourage your teen to set a routine in accordance to just how much sleep he requirements, and to attempt to stick to it. Really don’t nag, however; Following a few days of being tired, your teen will take matters into his own fingers.
