Women Live Longer But In Even worse Condition

Catalan researchers have studied the socioeconomic and health inequalities experienced by folks above the age of 64. The final results from the study show that women live longer, but knowledge more restrictions to daily activity (53%) plus a reduced quality of life than men with the same age (30%).

Although females have a lengthier life expectancy, they experience a significantly higher prevalence of disability in old age than men do. This is the primary conclusion with the analyze published in the latest issue from the Journal of Women’s Health.
