mammoth, holiday worldWater coaster fanatics have cause to celebrate today as Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana has declared ideas to open up “Mammoth” in May 2012, the water slide will be the largest in existence.

Costing $9 million to construct the ride will be 1,753 ft long and cover three acres with the Splashin’ Safari location, bringing the park to thirty total acres. The ride will stand 69 ft all and give you a very first drop of 53 feet at a 45 degree angle with five much more drops alongside the best way.

To experience the trip ten six-passenger boats with individual seatbacks will likely be used, which means riders can be struggling with in several instructions as they ride the coaster.
